EFG - The Secondary Survey​

Following on from the Primary Survey (DRSABCD) the role as first responders is to then complete a Secondary Survey (EFG) whilst you await Emergency Services or decide to Self Evacuate. 

​

This secondary survey might be completed in minutes if Emergency Services are close or could be over hours or even days in remote and wilderness environments with limited access. The below images detail the stages of the EFG action plan.
